  1. Is it possible to learn meditation in just four days?
  2. ANSWER: Yes, it is possible to learn meditation in four days and that is why this is a four day course. Thousands of graduates have successfully completed the course and learnt how to meditate and so will you.

    Every principle in the course is explained with the help of factual information and anecdotes. This is followed by a relevant meditation. The brain wave frequency (meditative frequency) of the participant is influenced by the frequency of the teacher making it much easier for them to reach the Alpha or meditative level. Knowledge is then transmitted not only through words but also from mind to mind. As a result a wonderful feeling of tranquility engulfs the participants.





  3. What are the required qualifications for attending the course?
  4. ANSWER: Anyone between the ages of 12 and 80 who has average intelligence and is able to understand Bengali can participate in the course. No special qualification is required.





  5. Is there any conflict between religion and meditation?
  6. ANSWER: No, there is absolutely no conflict between religion and meditation. In fact, meditation can help you pray with greater concentration and devotion. Meditation fosters a communication with one’s own self, increasing one’s awareness of one’s identity as being. This inner communication enables one to pray with greater devotion.

According to Dr. Herbert Benson of the Harvard Medical School, meditation decreases oxygen consumption, heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure and increases the Alpha, Beta and Theta waves in the brain, symptoms exactly opposite of those associated with tension and anxiety.
